Clelia apartments are located 100 meters from the sandy beach of Deiva Marina, one of the largest on the Riviera di Levante.
In the center of the village, the apartments are located near shops, pharmacy, grocery stores, hardware stores, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a few steps from a playground, in a convenient position for the railway station to Cinque Terre and for the pier from where in the summer, boats leave to Monterosso, Portovenere, San Fruttuoso, Portofino.
5 minutes on foot from the blue-green path towards Framura and Moneglia.
CORALLO, ANEMONE and MADREPORA are situated respectively on the ground floor, first and second attic floor of the building located in Via Silvio Pellico. CAVALLUCCIO MARINO is instead located in the annex of Via Embriaco.
Simple gestures such as separate waste collection and the use of some low-consumption light bulbs soon became the first steps of a careful and conscious path for a more sustainable tourism that was accompanied by the warmth of hospitality and to attention for details.
Ecolabel - Recommended for the commitment to protect the environment: by adhering to the principles and the project of Legambiente Turismo, we are committed to following a code of conduct for an eco-efficient and sustainable management of our accommodation, from energy and water saving to reduction and separate collection of waste, passing through sustainable mobility, promotion of the territory and a healthy organic and GMO-free diet.
Energy certification A +: a "coat" embraces the house in Via Silvio Pellico, helping to keep contant the internal temperature in the apartments, without unnecessary waste.
Sanitary water: the production of sanitary water is obtained with solar thermal panels and with a gas boiler in the absence of sun.
Photovoltaic panels: the apartments are equipped with photovoltaic panels for the production of part of the electricity.
Separate waste collection: careful separation of glass, plastic, aluminum cans, paper, wet and non-recyclable products. The particularly virtuous Municipality of Deiva Marina delivers less than 50% of the garbage to the landfill.
Energy saving: heating made with an electric heat pump.
Ecological light bulbs: all the old filament bulbs have long since been replaced with low consumption and led light bulbs.
Water saving: sinks and showers are equipped with smart dispensers that are able to provide maximum comfort while limiting waste. The water to irrigate the hotel garden, located in front of the apartments, is drawn from the subsoil.
Geothermal air conditioning: the air conditioning system uses the principle of geothermal energy: the subsoil remains constantly at 15 degrees centigrade even in summer.
Detergent saving: the water from the aqueduct, almost always rich in limestone, is treated with a special softener before being put into circulation. Softened water allows you to save up to 70% detergents in dishwashers and washing machines, as well as 30% energy and allows faster, more accurate and ecological cleaning of bathrooms because no halos or droplets of limestone. Glasses and mirrors are cleaned with electronic equipment that, ionizing water, attack dirt and disinfect. Steam is also a valuable aid in sterilizing all types of surfaces.
Centralized vacuum cleaner: a centralized vacuum cleaner system that filters residues and expels the air directly outside the building is used daily by our staff to clean floors, rooms and common areas, ensuring maximum hygiene even towards mites and parasites and minimizing the use of insecticides.
FREE PARKING: one parking space for each apartment is available free of charge in the garden of Hotel Clelia from Easter to October. During the closing period of the hotel, it is possible to park for free on the street, in the numerous municipal parking lots.
FREE BEACH SERVICE: in summer months, free use ofone parasol and two deck chairs at the bathing establishment located near the apartments, easily reachable on foot.
FREE OUTDOOR POOL a few steps from the apartments, at Hotel Clelia available during the hotel opening period, from Easter to October.
